Planning Staff will make a presentation on the new Placebuilder matrix for evaluating development plans at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 16th at the Farrish Theater in the Lexington Public Library, Central Branch. This presentation will highlight any  changes made to Placebuilder as a result of recent public forums and will be an opportunity for further feedback. Additional feedback will be considered and incorporated before Placebuilder is finally submitted to the Planning Commission for approval.  FCNC has been actively involved in recommending changes to improve aspects of Placebuilder.

The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Placebuilder and the Comp Plan on January 31 at 11:30 in the morning.
