We need your input on the future of New Circle Road!

Dear Neighbors,

The Fayette County Neighborhood Council just received the message below this afternoon from the Joyland Neighborhood Association.  We are forwarding it today because it promises to impact the future of NE Lexington, what happens to New Circle Road, and what developments might grow there.  See the message below:

We need your input on the future of New Circle Road!

Please join us (in-person) on Saturday, April 30th from 11a – 1pm, at the Lexington Public Library – Northside Branch (1733 Russell Cave Rd, Lexington, KY 40505).

As a resident along the corridor, we need your input to shape what the future of this important road looks like! We’re organizing a series of meetings with neighborhoods and residents located in close proximity to the corridor to understand what your priorities and vision are for New Circle Road.

The ideas gathered will be combined with research data and national best practices to create a roadmap for northeast New Circle Road’s future and help guide new designs, new policies, and decision-making by Lexington’s city government.

Why Imagine New Circle Road?

Imagine New Circle is an opportunity to take a fresh look at the future of one of Lexington’s most important roads to help it better meet community needs while preserving its unique cultural features.

For more information or questions please visit our website, www.ImagineNewCircle.org or contact Samantha Castro at Imagine@lexingtonky.gov or (859) 258-3179.

Please join us so that your voices can be heard!
