The Fayette County Neighborhood Council membership includes more than 130 neighborhood and homeowners associations within Lexington-Fayette County.  They range in size from a single street to more than 1,000 households.

Dues for membership in FCNC are $40 per year, renewable each July.  Scholarships are available for neighborhoods that require assistance or that are just getting started.

FCNC also provides help to groups wishing to start a neighborhood association (NA).  Simply contact the FCNC at fayetteneighborhoods@gmail.com.  You will be put in contact with an experienced NA member who will walk you through the steps you need to get started.  He or she will also share a packet of helpful information, such as sample bylaws, sample newsletters, information from LFUCG.
