AARP Kentucky, Fayette Alliance, Fayette County Farm Bureau, Fayette County Neighborhood Council, and Kentucky Thoroughbred Association will host a 2018 Lexington-Fayette County Mayoral Forum, moderated by WKYT’s Bill Bryant, on October 2, 2018 at the Farish Theater within the Central Branch of the Lexington Public Library. Topics of focus for the event are land use, neighborhoods, senior issues, and quality of life. In addition, residents of Fayette County are encouraged to submit questions for consideration at any local Lexington Public Library location or at the following link: bit.ly/lexingtonmayor. Questions will be gathered by Library staff and through the online form until September 23, 2018. Select questions will be posed during the forum to the candidates during the hour-long event.
