Please note that the FCNC membership meeting & holiday party scheduled for December 10, 2018 has been cancelled. Unfortunately, the December 10th meeting was in direct conflict with the final hearing for the Comprehensive Plan before the Planning Commission. The FCNC Board felt it important for the membership to participate in the hearing.  There was also a conflict with some of the public officials we wanted to invite as guests. The membership meeting will be rescheduled for early in 2019.
